Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original designer packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure it remains in pristine condition.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our horologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
